This sub-stream explores how individuals navigate and reshape their identities and views of work in response to significant organizational or personal events. It focuses on how changes in work environment, personal circumstances, and emotions can lead to a reevaluation of attachments and views of work.​
Relationships and Views of Work
This sub-stream focuses on how individuals’ views of work and relationships within organizational contexts evolve after experiencing significant events. It examines how experiences such as job transitions, career shifts, and organizational changes impact work relationships and interactions.
